During the two-hour Breakfasts & Brunches demo you will not only learn new techniques, you'll sample each of the delicious items prepared. With recipes from the CIA, the first meal of the day can easily become the most memorable. This demonstration includes a tasting of cranberry-orange muffins, spinach and goat cheese quiche, horseradish-marinated chicken wrap with creamy black peppercorn dressing, and ginger-sesame stir-fried scallops with lo mein noodles.
