TheDairyShow.Com, is a video blog created by Michael Crupain, MD. The mission of the program is to inform members of the community about where their food comes from and interesting ways in which it can be used. The show introduces viewers to dairy farmers, artisans, and restaurants that are involved with creating local foods and recipes, that are in line with the tenets of Slow Food-good, clean, and fair. On the show Michael visits the farms to see how they got started, how the animals are raised, and how the products are processed and sold. From the farm the show follows the products to restaurants where great chefs share their recipes for transforming these special ingredients into amazing dishes and drinks.
