In this class we’ll break down the key characteristics and flavor profiles associated with each major whisky-producing region in Scotland. From the Highlands to Islay, Speyside and beyond, we’ll explore the terrain and traditions that surround Scottish spirits.

Classes are 2 hours long, including a Q&A session with Astor Center Instructor Ethan Fixell.
