Take a step toward becoming an expert of this momentous wine region. We’ll taste a wide range of styles from both banks of Bordeaux, including white wines from the southern subregions. You’ll learn about what wines are meant for immediate consumption and what to hold onto for aging. This prequel is the first section of two Bordeaux classes.

Classes are 2 hours long, including a Q&A session with Astor Center Instructor Jim Clarke.
