Here’s your chance to take your wine knowledge to the next level by peering beneath the surface and exploring the fascinating core components of wine. This workshop-style class will equip you with the tools to understand why a wine tastes and feels the way it does. We'll unravel the mysteries of acidity, the backbone that provides freshness; tannin, the structural element that can create a textural grip; sugar, which dictates the level of sweetness; alcohol, which contributes to the wine’s body; and the elusive concept of body itself.
