Mezcal is Mexico’s most traditional, delicious and versatile spirit. We will explore the many ways to enjoy mezcal by sipping it neat, alongside food, and mixed into cocktails, featuring recipes from Tess’ new book: The Essential Tequila & Mezcal Companion.

Classes are 2 hours long, including a Q&A session with Astor Center Instructor, Tess Rose Lampert.
