Enjoy wines from across Northern Italy in this regional exploration. We’ll taste it all—the quirky bubbles of Emilia-Romagna, the crisp whites of Alto-Adige, and the brooding reds of Piedmont. A range of cheeses and cured meats from across Italy will be served alongside as we discuss the basic principles of wine and food pairing. You’ll leave with a thorough understanding of the diversity and deliciousness of Northern Italian wines, plus an impressive arsenal of pairing skills.

Classes are 2 hours long, including a Q&A session with Astor Center Instructor, Kimberly Severson.
