This class focuses on the wines of Northern Italy. From the quirky bubbles of Emilia-Romagna to the crisp whites of Alto-Adige and the brooding reds of Piedmont, we’ll taste it all. A range of cheeses and cured meats from across Italy will be served alongside as we explore the basic principles of wine and food pairing. You’ll leave with a thorough understanding of the diversity and deliciousness of Northern Italian wines, and an impressive arsenal of pairing skills.
