Mexico has one of the richest gastronomies in the world. This celebration of Mexican flavors and traditional ingredients will feature a combination of wines, spirits, and cocktail from different regions of Mexico. You’ll taste incredible drinks alongside mole, chicharrones, chapulines, pan dulce, and more. Using the flavors and ingredients as a roadmap, we’ll explore the history, regions, and culture of the rich tapestry of Mexican gastronomy from ancient times to present day.

Classes are 2 hours long, including a Q&A session with Astor Center Instructor Tess Rose Lampert.
