When it comes the Willamette valley, you may think Pinot Noir is the name of the game. In this class we will talk about what the state offers in addition to its most recognizable red grape.
We'll hit up some classics, but explore what's happening outside of the familiar red wine box. The selections will appeal to lovers of both red and white wines. If you want to dial up your knowledge on the terroir and winemaking of this Pacific Northwestern state, join us to taste some of the traditional and unexpected highlights of Oregon wine.
