Surprised? Then join us for a one-of-a-kind evening where we bust through common wine and cheese misconceptions that keep us from finding the fullest enjoyment in pairings. We’ll savor six myth-defeating pairings of wine and cheese from around the world. You’ll gain insight to see past the myth into complex and delicious pairings. As we taste we’ll also build a vocabulary for describing wine and cheeses, compare methods of production, and discuss pairing techniques.

Classes are 2 hours long, including a Q&A session with Astor Center Instructor Christine Clark.
