How do I redeem my gift card?
Redeeming a gift card at Astor Center is easy. On the “billing information” page, you will see the option to check the gift card balance and use it for payment, in addition to credit card and account balance payment options.
Please note: for gift balances purchased prior to November 15th, 2010 no physical gift card exists. These cards cannot be redeemed online. To redeem these cards you can email us at info@astorcenternyc.com; we will convert your old gift balance into an account credit and you can thereafter use it to purchase tickets online.

What if I don’t have a physical card?
Gift balances that were purchased prior to November 15th, 2010 have no physical card. To redeem these cards you can email us at info@astorcenternyc.com. We will reserve you a seat in the events of your choice, and reduce your gift balance accordingly; we will convert your old gift balance into an account credit and you can thereafter use it to purchase tickets online.

What if I do not have enough credit available on my gift card to pay for the event that interests me?
You can pay for the balance of a class not fully covered by your gift card with a credit card.

What are “Account Credits”?
When ticket(s) for an event are exchanged for credit, the credit remains available online until you redeem the credit for new ticket(s). For more information on our policy around payment and refunds, please visit our “Policy” page.

Can I use my Astor Center gift card at Astor Wines and Spirits?
We love Astor Wines and Spirits, but it is a different business and therefore Astor Center gift cards cannot be redeemed for their merchandise.

I am buying a gift card. Can I have it shipped directly to the gift recipient?
We ship cards directly to the gift buyer to eliminate possible loss or confusion. It will get to you within 3 – 5 business days of its purchase, and comes in an attractive case with room for you to add a personal note. All gift cards have a flat $5 shipping charge regardless of address or number of cards.
