Arsen Atbashian

Arsen grew up in Brooklyn eating traditional Scandinavian and Eastern European dishes prepared by his mother. Living in New York City has allowed him the opportunity to appreciate every type of cuisine from Michelin-starred restaurants to taco trucks on the Lower East Side. He is classically trained in French techniques but also displays his Viking heritage in his dishes.
