Judith Marshall
Judy received her professional training at the Institute Of Culinary Education (ICE) and honed her skills in the kitchens of several of New York City’s top restaurants including Gramercy Tavern, Blue Hill, Veritas, and Fleur de Sel, and once had lunch at Guy Savoy in Paris. She is the owner/chef of Piece O’ Cake specialty cakes and often freelances in the test kitchens of The Food Network and Martha Stewart Living. Judy has tested and developed recipes with several prominent food writers including Dorie Greenspan on her Baking: From My Home to Yours and Dana Jacobi on her 12 Best Foods Cookbook. Judy also teaches at the JCC of Manhattan.
