Kevin’s career has showed that there is no set path in the pursuit of a life in food. His culinary experience began at Food & Wine Magazine where he did many of the magazine’s live cooking demonstrations, events and on-air appearances. During his tenure at F&W, Kevin appeared on NBC, CBS, ABC, Headline News, CNN, WB, UPN, Fine Living, and The Food Network offering cooking demonstrations, and cocktail and wine education for millions of viewers.

In 2004, Kevin left the world of food media for the life of cooking. Since then, Kevin has cooked under many of New York’s and the world’s leading chefs including Dan Barber, Joey Campanaro and Juan Mari Arzak. His style is framed by his passion for the freshest products, exciting flavor profiles and elegant presentations. Locally grown vegetables, line caught fish, organically-raised meats could be in no better hands since Kevin seeks, not to transform, but to showcase the true flavors found in the freshest of products.
