Kimberly Severson

Kimberly Severson is a wine educator, sommelier, caterer and all-around food and drink enthusiast. Trained at the Culinary Institute of America, Kimberly worked in celebrated NYC restaurants such as Café Gray and Alto before going on to study wine at the American Sommelier Association and The International Wine Center.

Kimberly spent five years as Director of Programming at Astor Center before creating Spoon & Cork (www.spoonandcorknj.com), an NJ-based business offering boutique catering, beverage consulting, and wine tasting events to the Tri-State area.
