Nicole Routhier
Born in Vietnam, Nicole Routhier is an award-winning cookbook author, teacher, and established authority on Vietnamese cuisine. Her acclaimed cookbooks include The Foods of Vietnam (Stewart, Tabori & Chang); Cooking Under Wraps (William Morrow); The Best of Nicole Routhier (Stewart, Tabori & Chang), and Nicole Routhier’s Fruit Cookbook (Workman). Nicole’s food articles have appeared in many newspapers and leading food magazines, and she has been featured in The New York Times, and The Houston Chronicle among others.
As chef-consultant, Nicole designed the original menu for Le Colonial, an upscale Vietnamese restaurant in New York City with branches in Chicago, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.
Nicole lives and teaches cooking in Houston.
