Tom Briggs

Tom Briggs

Tom Briggs had his first sip of beer, from a cold can of Schlitz, when he was four years old (indeed, he remembers) and swore to his uncle he would never drink the stuff again. 32 years later, Tom is a regarded beer expert and student of beer history with over 200 bottles in his personal cellar (yes friends, beer can be cellared), more than 30 books on beer and it’s history on his shelf, and a career in the brewing industry. After 20 odd years of personal investment, travel and study (some of them before reaching the legal drinking age… sorry, mom) Tom is happy to see the rest of the country start to take a more invested interest in the beer they bring home at the end of the day. Cheers to that!
