What’s the secret to a lip-smackingly good, “wow-what-is-in-this” cocktail? Join bar craft expert Sam Sundius as she dissects your drink down to the bare bones to look at what makes a delicious cocktail. Examine the structure behind successful drinks and learn how to troubleshoot common pitfalls in a hands-on workshop. You’ll heighten your appreciation for well-crafted cocktails and walk away a more masterful mixologist.

This class is geared toward home bartenders who have already taken another mixology class or have experience making cocktails and are looking for a more advanced approach to crafting and enjoying cocktails.

Classes are 2 hours long, including a Q&A session with Astor Center Instructor Sam Sundius.
