Our Policy

Refunds, Credit & Cancellations

Payment in full is required when registering for any class or event at Astor Center. All purchases are non-refundable.

Class reservations can be exchanged up to 72 hours prior to the date of the class. During that time, reservations may be exchanged for another class of equal or lesser value or for an Astor Center credit equal to the class purchase price. Changes can be made online through your Astor Center account or by emailing info@astorcenternyc.com with your registration information. When changing classes, please include details about the class you would like to be switched into. Astor Center credit does not expire and can be used toward the purchase of any future Astor Center class or event. Astor Center credit cannot be used in Astor Wines & Spirits.

Credit or exchanges for classes or events cannot be issued within 72 hours of the scheduled class date. There are no exceptions. You are free to transfer your ticket to another person if a friend, family member, colleague, or other acquaintance is willing to attend in your place. They should have your last name, email address, and the email confirmation for the class as proof of transfer at entry. You may also communicate the transfer with our Customer Service team prior to the class.

Our offices are open Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Please note that requests for cancellations or reservation changes made while our offices are closed cannot be guaranteed.

All Astor Center guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend a class or event.

Astor Center does not reserve or assign seats for guests. Guests are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes prior to the event start time to secure seating. Late comers are subject to whatever seats are left.

In order to minimize class interruptions, Astor Center maintains the right to deny late entrance to certain events.

No outside food or beverage are permitted in our classes.
