California is home to some of the greatest wines in North America—but you don't need Silicon Valley money to get into the best bottles from the Golden State. This immersive class will provide a brief overview of California wine history and winemaking before tasting a wide range of varietals from regions across California. By the end of the evening, guests will be familiar with these styles and will have learned how to seek out new and exciting California wines for themselves.

Classes are 2 hours long, including a Q&A session with Astor Center Instructor Ethan Fixell.
