Learn to make delicious cocktails using South American spirits! From Cachaca to Pisco, Singani to Aguardiente, we’ll be muddling up limes and making the national drink of Brazil, discussing the difference between Chilean and Peruvian Pisco and Bolivian Singani, exploring the various uses of sugarcane distillates and cinchona bark, and enjoying salty snacks from the region with each cocktail we make together.

Classes are 2 hours long, including a Q&A session with cocktail educator and expert educator Jena Ellenwood.
