It’s time for a true fiesta! This dinner features five courses of Mexican favorites alongside an array of beverage pairings. From margaritas to red wine, we’ll explore exciting ways to enjoy Mexico’s traditional and contemporary flavors.

Menu will include:*
  • Salsa trio with tortilla chips
  • Red snapper and shrimp ceviche
  • Oaxaca quesadilla with mushrooms
  • Carne asada taco and potato and chorizo taco duo
  • Cajeta flan
