This class is dedicated to the exploration of vibrant and refreshing wines perfectly suited for the summer season. You will be guided through the tasting process, sharing insights into each wine's origin, grape varieties, and flavor profiles as only a seasoned chef can. From light and zesty whites to elegant rosés, refreshing sparkling wines to chillable reds, you'll learn about the diverse styles that capture the essence of summer in every sip.

Classes are 2 hours long, including a Q&A session with Astor Center Instructor, Dana Beninati.
