Explore the rich history of South African wines and viticulture—from the arrival of the Dutch in 1652 to the most recent wave of young winemakers coming onto the scene. We’ll taste our way through the different regions of the Western Cape and discover how these world-class wines are produced.

Classes are 2 hours long, including a Q&A with Astor Center Instructor, Jim Clarke.
