Central Italy is home to the regions of Tuscany, Lazio, and Abruzzo—each full of interesting and distinct wines. We’ll explore wines from this area and more while enjoying a superb selection of meat and cheese from across Italy. You’ll leave with a thorough understanding of the diversity of Central Italian wines, and an arsenal of wine and food pairing skills.

Classes are 2 hours long, including a Q&A session with Astor Center Instructor Kimberly Severson.
