In this class, we'll explore the two primary flavor styles that are available in whiskies from around the world: smoke and fruit. What do those words mean when it comes to whiskey, and can they exist at the same time? The language of whiskey comes into play here as these two words can take on many different meanings based on context, production and maturation and blending. One thing is certain: with a head full of new descriptions, you'll never taste whiskey the same way again!

Classes are 2 hours long, including a Q&A session with Astor Center Instructor Robin Robinson.
