Our 1700-square foot Gallery offers a truly flexible event space, ideally suited to host everything from winemaker dinners, to seminars
on the future of food and politics, to international food and wine festivals, to the world's most lavish cocktail parties. Beautifully
restored to the original building details, the vaulted ceilings, exposed brick, and cast iron columns create a unique atmosphere for both
education and entertainment. Outfitted with extensive audiovisual trimmings (a 120” retractable projection screen, two mounted cameras
with 180 degrees of rotation, ten speakers, black-out shades at the touch of a button), the Gallery strikes a picturesque balance between
the history and traditions that got us here and the avant-garde that so excites us.
