Christian Fentress

Prior to joining The Macallan, Christian Fentress held positions at illustrious locations such as The Baccarat Hotel and three-star Michelin-rated Masa. At Masa, Christian often curated beverage pairings for the everchanging omakase experiences. Using the same principles from food & wine pairing, he found that single malt whiskies made fine pairings with sushi. He’s excited to bring this program and experience to you at Astor Center.
