Martha Cisneros Paja

Martha Cisneros Paja, also known as WineDivaa, is a Wine Educator, Author, Sommelier, and Content Creator based in New York. She is a powerful advocate for diversity and inclusion in the wine industry and was named Future 40 by Wine Enthusiast. Originally from Mexico, she is a technology engineer who fuses her tech background with her passion for wine. She is the founder of Latinas Wine Club Inc., a platform dedicated to making wine education accessible and inclusive with the motto: "Vino es para todos" ("Wine is for everyone"). Martha holds a Sommelier Level 1 certification, a WSET 2 diploma, and other wine specialist certificates. As a Latina and a Millennial, she aims to bring an authentic, relatable, and digitally-savvy approach to wine education and content creation.
