Pamela Wiznitzer

Pamela Wiznitzer is a leading New York City bartender and beverage director known for her dynamic approach to hospitality and award-winning work across top venues since 2006, including overseeing programs for the Big Apple Circus and The Lookup. A multi-time nominee for Tales of the Cocktail’s “American Bartender of the Year” and the 2014 Village Voice “Bartender of the Year,” she has also been recognized by Food & Wine, Wine Enthusiast, and the Dames Hall of Fame. Pamela holds a Master’s degree in Food Studies from NYU, presents research internationally, and is a graduate of Barnard College, the Jewish Theological Seminary, and the Beverage Alcohol Resources program. Her expertise has been featured widely in major media outlets, and she is a frequent on-air personality across television and digital platforms.
