Pinot Noirs of the World
Ticket Price: $89
Thursday, May 25 6:30 PM

Pinot Noir is one of the most loved grape varieties for wine, and with good reason. One of the most beguiling aspects of Pinot Noir is how sensitive it is to terroir, where it comes from. From light and earthy to plump and juicy, Pinot Noir expresses itself very differently depending on its growing and production conditions. In this class we will taste a variety of expressions and explore how and why the wines end up tasting the way they do, and which regions produce the Pinot Noir you love most.

Classes are 2 hours long, including a Q&A session with Astor Center Instructor, Tess Rose Lampert.
