Red Wines of the Pacific Northwest
Ticket Price: $89
Saturday, Jul 13 3:00 PM

Join former New York City Wine Director Chris Struck for a red wine-filled tour of America's beautiful Pacific Northwest. We’ll explore both famous and under-the-radar regions of Oregon and Washington—tasting and talking through terroir and how it came to pass. Using multiple international red grape varieties as our lens, we'll see how historic geologic events led to fascinating soil types that are found nowhere else in the world, and discuss what that means for the wines' sense of place.

Classes are 2 hours long, including a Q&A session with Astor Center Instructor, Chris Struck.
