Riesling Masterclass
Ticket Price: $89
Friday, Jun 7 6:30 PM

Riesling is one of the world's most intriguing grape varieties. It produces wines made in an unparalleled and vast spectrum of styles, ranging from still to sparkling and from dry to very sweet (and everything in between). It doesn't grow everywhere like other international grapes, but in very specific regions and climates it amplifies terroir like a prism. In this class we will taste a variety of expressions from the places Riesling shines around the world and discuss how and why the wines end up tasting the way they do, and if there is a singular expression that best defines this grape.

Classes are 2 hours long, including a Q&A session with Astor Center Instructor, Chris Struck.
