Currently, Brian regularly produces consumer experiences in the food and beverage world, with past clients including Perrier Jouët, Georges Duboeuf, Jacob's Creek, Michelin Guide, Pernod Ricard, Brooklyn Winery, Eucerin, and the James Beard Foundation.
