John Paul Deragon

John Deragon is currently one of the beverage managers at PDT (Please Don't Tell) in New York City, a bar that specializes in classic as well as original cocktails. John's current projects include developing bitters and house-made bar ingredients to enhance the cocktails being developed for PDT's seasonal menus. John has been featured in both the New York Times and Departures magazine for his work on recreating Abbott's bitters. When John isn't immersed in cocktails, he is the CTO for a entertainment based company in New York City.
