Justin Philips
Justin learned to love beer while studying wine. While working in a retail wine shop, he was seduced by the process of learning to pair food and wine. Once introduced to the seriousness and complexity of beer, he began working for B. United International, an importer of beer, sake, mead and cider from all over the world. Justin became a true ''liquid omnivore'' and has traveled the world in his quest to learn more. In February of 2008, Justin opened a bar in Brooklyn called Beer Table (www.beertable.com) with his wife, Tricia.
