Michael Waterhouse opened his first restaurant in Hoboken around 1997, then came to New York to the then quiet neighborhood of Tribeca to open Dylan Prime. His latest venture, Devin Tavern, also features beautifully crafted drinks. Michael dreams of one day owning a classic pub in Ireland, "something to come home to, pour a good pint and chat with people at the bar...ultimate basics." As luck would have it, he found his dream right here in New York - a beautiful Irish lass named Angela. And where do you think they got married? At Ulysses, of course - the oldest pub in New York.
