Nima Ansari

Nima grew up in New York but started in the wine and spirits business while studying abroad in London. Upon returning to the states he continued working in the industry, learning the ins and outs of the business while gaining an education on everything wine and spirits. After specializing in wines for six years he joined the team at Astor Wines & Spirits five years ago where his focus shifted to spirits. Since he started buying the spirits at Astor Wines, he has spent the better part of two years working directly with many producers from around the world seeking out the rarest, highest quality, most iconic spirits to offer at the store, many of which are not available anywhere else in the world.
