Sunday Brunch is an event in the Big Easy. Many of the famous restaurants such as Brennan's and Commander's Palace have hosted elaborate Sunday brunches for decades. Come and learn how to prepare some of the many delicious dishes found on the brunch menus of the city's best restaurants.

In this hands-on class, we’ll start with the Cafe du Monde's famous beignets and Cafe au Lait. Next we’ll cook up Shrimp Remoulade and the elegant Eggs Sardou (poached eggs atop spinach-stuffed artichokes). We’ll prepare the Creole breakfast classic of Grillades (otherwise known as veal ragout) and grits. And learn to make Commander's Palace Restaurant's glorious Bread Pudding Souffle.

No NOLA brunch would be complete without cocktails! Brandy Milk Punch and Creole Bloody Marys will get you in the mood to laissez le Bon Temps roulez!
