Greece is a land of great contrasts -from the mountainous mainland to the sun drenched islands of the Aegean. Come along with us on a culinary and wine adventure as we explore the variety of the very best this ancient land has to offer. We'll make a hearty tzaziki with fennel as well as a blue cheese and tomato spread to start things off. Then we'll move to a classic Avgolemono Soup (egg and lemon) and a Pasticcio, the lucious savory Greek version of lasagna, followed by chicken with tomatoes and fresh feta. We'll end with an almond and yogurt cake with authentic Greek honey syrup. Opa!

Finally, you'll get to sit down and enjoy the fabulous meal you've created. And of course, no Greek meal would be complete without wine; our own resident wine expert will lead you on a guided tasting through some classic as well as little known Greek wines.
