of Piemonte, to the Green Lasagna of Emilia Romagna, to the art of pillow-like
gnocchi, you will create bowls full of the classic preparations of
Italy's primi piati. You'll spend the class creating these tiny
delicacies and leave prepared with the recipes to create some true
classics at home. You’ll also get a tour of Italy's wines as a
