Join Chef Emily Peterson for a hands-on tour of the old country as seen through the lens of its pasta dishes. From the stuffed agnolotti of Piemonte, lasagna of Emilia Romagna, spaghetti sauces of Lazio and Campania, learn the art of gnocchi, pasta and the classic preparations of the primi piati. Each will be paired with a classic sauce (think basil, vongole, vesuvian tomatoes, carbonara…) and you will leave prepared with the know-how and recipes to create some true classics at home. You’ll also get a tour of Italy's wines as a resident wine expert perfectly pairs a wine with each of your pasta creations.
