It is always difficult to evaluate the performance of your employees. However, there are techniques you can use to help develop your staff and provide them with clear goals and objectives. During the Performance Management: Getting the Most from Your Employees workshop you will: * Identify the function of a performance appraisal. * Discuss how to give appropriate feedback. * Learn how to utilize feedback from the appraisal process to determine appropriate training and development for your team. * Explore techniques for motivating your staff and creating a successful working environment.
