With the gloomy news surrounding the health of the oceans (no blue fin tuna, no fresh water eel, imported shrimp? sorry, not that either) come get introduced to some sustainable alternatives, and soon to be new favorites.

Sustainability stars in our dinner menu, including Baked Rainbow Trout en Papillote, Seared Arctic Char with Cucumber-Lime Yogurt Sauce, Fisherman's Stew with Tilapia and Clams, and Panko-fried Catfish Po' Boys with Chipotle Mayo. You'll practice your knife skills and get hands-on experience with a variety of cooking techniques, while discussing the importance of making sustainable choices and voting with your fork.

Finally, we will sit down to taste our creations, paired with a selection of wines chosen to highlight the flavors of our dishes. Return home confident to select fish from the market that tastes great and is a good choice for the planet.
