This class is part of the Intermediate Cooking-package.

Such a lovely and relaxing meal as brunch is easy to expertly prepare at home. In fact, with a few make-ahead tricks and some inventive cocktails, it's an instant party. In this hands-on class you’ll learn to prepare a collection of Chef Ori's best (and most effortless!!) brunch recipes: Baked Maple-Pecan French Toast, Dutch Baby Pancakes with Lemon Sugar, Goat Cheese and Caramelized Onion Baked Eggs, Quick Biscuits, Toasty Homemade Granola, Boozy Fruit Salad. We will also create The Ultimate Smoked Salmon Platter with all the fixings including some creative additions like Quick Smoked Salmon Mousse, Pink Onions and Caper-Herb Salsa Verde.

And, as no respectable brunch table is complete without a cocktail (or two!) a resident Astor Center mixologist will be on hand to shake up some creative twists on the classic Bloody Mary, Mimosa, and more!
