In this hands-on class, you'll have the chance to make some of the classic dishes from this area including wild mushroom salad, chicken with tarragon cream sauce, salmon with muscadet sauce, asparagus with fresh herb butter and a dessert of pears poached in tea and spices.

Finally, you’ll get to sit down and enjoy the fabulous meal you’ve created. And of course, no French meal would be complete without wine! From Sancerre to Vouvray, Chinon to Saumur, and everything in between, our own resident wine expert will lead you on a guided tasting through some of Loire’s best bottlings.
