You’ll learn how to cook fish from start to finish: choosing the freshest fish in the market, saving money by butchering your own whole fish, and proper techniques and recipes for all types of tasty treats from the sea! ANd we won't stop there: you’ll learn a few more advanced knife skills (like how to sharpen your own knives at home), whip up some tasty side dishes to expand your culinary repertoire, and easy sauces to pull your fish dishes together!
