Kimberly Koharki
After graduating from The Culinary Institute of America, Kimberly moved to New York City to work with celebrated Sommeliers in Manhattan restaurants such as Cafe Gray and Alto. She continued her education with The American Sommelier Association and has also worked as a Wine Consultant for Astor Wines & Spirits. Kimberly is currently the Director of Programming and a regular wine educator at Astor Center, and is the co-founder of Savor, which hosts wine and food related tastings and events around New York City.
